While our therapists are trained in many different approaches, including mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), our primary aim is to consider the needs of our clients and develop a unique and personalized approach to their care.
Our focus is to help individuals, couples and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a compassionate safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We believe in compassion and healing and will work with you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
